Pro Forma first order, thereafter 30 days.  

Minimum order £100.00.  Postage and Packing £10.00.  Carriage paid on orders exceeding £300.00.

Short Delivery or Breakages:Any claims must be notified to us within fourteen days of receipt of goods.  

There may be a slight variation in size from those quoted.

In respect of all orders, property in the said goods shall not pass to the buyers until payment of the purchase price has been made in full, and until such time:  

a) the buyers must on request permit the sellers or their agents to enter the buyers premises to repossess the said goods.

b) the buyers hold the said goods as fiduciary owners on behalf of the sellers, and 

c) the sellers will permit the buyer to sell the said goods, but if the goods are sold the buyer holds the proceeds of sale as fiduciary owners and must account thereof to the sellers.
